Event Details

Each Driver will be equipped with:

  • Racing Suite and Helmet
  • Honda 400cc Twin Engine Pro Kart
  • Live Timing
  • Results


Each Race will consist of:

  • Qualifying Session
  • Heat One
  • Heat Two
  • Grand Final

Trophies will be presented to drivers in 1st, 2nd, 3rd from the Grand Final of each Round. A presentation will take place on our Winning Podium at the end of the Race Event.


GYG Championship prize

The Driver with the most points at the end of the year will be crowned the GYG Karting Champion 2018 and will receive a perpetual GYG Championship Cup.

Championship Winners will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd Trophies.


Championship Points

Qualifying - The fastest Qualifier will awarded 1 Point.

Heat Positions - 1st 25 pts,  2nd 23 pts, 3rd 21 pts, reducing by 1 point.

Final Positions - 1st 50pts, 2nd 47 pts, 3rd 45 pts, reducing by 1 point.

The best 7 out of the 8 Round will count towards the Championship.



Each Championship Round will be £65 per driver. No registration fee.

Please arrive 45 minutes early to your booking time.


Event Details:

The Championship Round can last up to 2 hours, please make sure you allow yourself enough time.

We recommend you wear a Racing Balaclava and pair of Gloves to enhance your Racing Experience. These items can be purchased from our ONLINE SHOP and collected at reception on the day of your Karting Experience.

Set in the heart of North Wales, Near Snowdonia National Park you will find one of the largest Karting Circuits in the UK. 

The Racing Circuit has beauftful views of North Wales and Snowdon. Accessable via the A5 Historical Route from Corwen to Bewts Y Coed.
